Birthday...Part 2

We made sure to make Jackson's actual birthday (March 17) a special day, even though he'd already had his party. At every meal that day he got a birthday candle - and picked his favorite dinner (pancakes and bacon).

I cannot explain how quickly the past 5 years have flown by! It seems like just yesterday we were anxiously awaiting Jackson's arrival - now he's a big boy! He had a week-long celebration, starting with a party on Sunday, preschool class cupcakes on Tuesday, and the big day on Wednesday. Happy Birthday, Jackson!

Certainly not from his mom!! Jackson blew my mind the other day when he started doing math - not just simple math, but calculator type math!!
